Abstract

Description
You are the owner of supplier of quality stationery. You need to give the name
yourself. The company distributes in Indonesia quite good market. At the
present the sales are not growing. And you are hurry to recognize it. And try
to reorganize the companys sales strategy.
Now, you introduce to the customer a new online sales channel. But you do
not have the in-house expertise to develop the site itself.
Now you decided to outsource the work. And some web agencies have been
contacted to obtain tenders to develop and maintain a new, eight-page site.
How do you lobby the web agencies to develop your online site?

Situation.
You are the owner of supplier of quality stationery. You need to give the name yourself. The
company distributes in Indonesia quite good market. At the present the sales are not
growing. And you are hurry to recognize it. And try to reorganize the companys sales
strategy.
