In case of update WORDTEMPLATE.

dot file:
1) Start the transaction OAOR (Business Document Navigator)
Class name: SAPSCRIPTWORDINTEGRATION
Class type: OT

Execute (F8)
2) Select the document 'Word Template'

3) Go to menu Documents -> Transport

(Shift + F12)

Push 'Yes'
4) Push the button 'Create Request'

Create the new transport request

In case of update Word2007template.dotm file:

Please use the same steps as above, but with different OAOR Object
Class name: SAPSCRIPTWORDINTEGRATION2
Class type: OT
and the document name in the navigation tree is Word2007template
