2013 is almost behind us and we will soon begin
another year with new goals and challenges.

Id like to reflect on 2013 and what an incredible

year it has been. I am grateful for all the hard
work and dedication of our Enterprise Technology
Services team members, especially our team
from Enterprise Global Services. It has truly been
a pleasure to visit with all of you in Bangalore
and Hyderabad this year.

We have accomplished many things together in
2013 and continue to maintain an exceptional
level of quality, service, and productivity.

I know you were able to enjoy visits from Rich

Baich and Ann Przygocki earlier this year. Id like
to highlight a few accomplishments from their
EGS teams.
Enterprise Information Security received approval
to add more positions at EGS in Cyber Threat
Management, Distributed Systems Security
Engineering & Operations, and Cryptographic
Services. In addition, EIS continues expansion
in Continuous Monitoring.
Enterprise Access Management expanded access
management provisioning in EGS and crosstrained in several platforms, including a new
Trainer/Mentor model.
EAM expanded shifts and we are now utilizing all
shifts to accommodate global time zones and
support our follow the sun philosophy.

Our job moving forward is to continue to focus on
providing our customers and clients
with the best service possible. As our CEO, John
Stumpf recently said We need to focus together
as a One Wells Fargo team on a set of
common strategies and priorities for the future.
In that spirit, Wells Fargo will focus on Creating
exceptional Wells Fargo customer
experiences, digitizing the enterprise,
making diversity and inclusion part of our
DNA, and leading the way in risk and
operational excellence.
To do this, our six priorities will continue to guide
us: putting our customers first, growing
revenue, reducing expenses, living our
vision and values, connecting with
communities and stakeholders, and
managing risk.
