The intention of this Technical Implementation Instruction (TII) is to standardise the colour
concept of the complete process equipment.

Applicability
This TII shall be observed by all subcontractors to Hitachi Zosen Inova AG and its
subcontractors when supplying goods and services.
The following parts are excluded from the colour concept:

Insulations
Plastic components
Galvanised parts
Stainless parts
WHG coatings
Standard equipment such as electrical motors, gears, measuring instruments,
transmitters, control valves and the corresponding drives.

For the above mentioned parts, the standard colour of the supplier shall be used
For building and offices the architectural specification " A00 E05 Architectural Specification"
must be followed

Important remark for colouring

It has to be kept in mind that only a reduced colour palette is available for painting systems
above 120 C .

Attention: British Standard and NCR-Code are not comparable with RAL No. A official list
that would compare (translate) the different codes does not exist. If BS needs to be
applied, the corresponding colours and codes need to be agreed upon with the client.
All final painting shall be done to the colour code (RAL standard)
