This year's 4-day program focuses on operating company case studies and
includes keynote addresses, technical and management presentations,
discussion groups, and an exhibition of products and services. Presentations
focus on improving reliability in the refining and petrochemical industries,
covering topics such as effective maintenance organization, productivity,
equipment reliability, health and safety, training, predictive/preventive
maintenance, maintenance and engineering standards, inspection, and
innovative reliability technology.
The Exhibition, held as part of the conference, gives attendees the
opportunity to meet and talk with representatives from companies offering a
variety of goods and services to the refining and petrochemical industries.

Save $100 off your conference registration by registering by April 14th, and
save an additional $200 by reserving a room in the AFPM block as you
register. Online registration closes May 12th.

Registration Fees

In order to encourage AFPM

attendees to use the contracted room block, you will receive a discount off
your registration when you book your room as you register through AFPM.
Registrations received after the hotel block closes will not be eligible for the
registration discount. Local commuter registrants, of course, will receive the
discounted registration fee. All discounts will be applied just before
payment.
Register by April 14th to receive early registration fees and the "in hotel
block" discount. On April 15th, full registration fees increase by $100,
Tuesday one-day passes increase by $25, Wednesday/Thursday one-day
passes increase by $50, and all professional seminars will increase by $100.
Those registering after the room block is closed will not be eligible for the
$200 discount.

Registration fees are based on AFPM membership. If your company is a

member of AFPM, you qualify for the Member fees.

Housing
Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. You will be given the
option of making a hotel reservation prior to payment. If a hotel reservation
is made, a discount of $200 will be applied to your registration fees.
Be sure to register and reserve your room by April 14th. Those registering
after the room block has closed will not be eligible for the $200 discount.
If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please
make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired
check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel
reservation. Then send an email to RMC@afpm.org indicating the dates you
require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotels to
accommodate additional night requests as they have availability.
