INSTRUCTIONS TO VENDOR
VENDOR IS ASKED TO COMPLETE THE CROSSED (X) CELLS
Belt conveyor to be supplied with feed hopper 110-Y-30 and chute 110-Y-31. For equipment layout information refer to 701882-1100-45D2-0004 drawing.
Local control unit to regulate the conveyor speed to reach the assigned mass flow, with an accuracy of 1% in the range of [10% t/h ; Design point t/h]
Giving in local and remote : flow, weighing, totalization, faults, - mass assignment local or remote; control unit with calibration and adjustment of weighing system.
Vendor to supply 110-S-31 Magnetic Separator for conveyor 110-T-31 for remove the metallic parts from the beneficiated phosphate.
PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Conveyor 110-T-31 receives the raw phosphate via 110-Y-30 hopper from a payloader (capacity 5 tons) and transports it to the Phosphate Preparation Tank via 110-Y-31 chute.
