and single except for LEONISA PADEL PABILLO who is married to Paulino B. Pabillo, hereinafter referred to as the VENDORS; -andAQUILINO B. SURIGAO of legal age, Filipino, married to Vecinta D. Surigao and a resident of Brgy. Bacjao, Balangiga, E. Samar, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE; -WITNESSETHWHEREAS, the VENDORS are co-owners of a parcel of coco-land by virtue of inheritance from their mother Fortunata Cabales (deceased) more particularly described as follows: A parcel of coco-land located at Brgy. Bacjao, Balangiga, E. Samar, declared in the name of Fortunata Cabales(deceased), covered by ARP No. 2011-02-007-00175, PIN 037-02-007-04015, designated as Cadastral Lot No. 1270/1271, measuring one dash seven nine dash twenty six (1-79-26) square meters with an assessed value of nineteen thousand four hundred forty four pesos (Php.19,444.00), particularly bounded on the North by Francisco Sabadlab, on the South Brgy. Road, on the East by Felix Abes, on the West by Simplicio Alvarina.
WHEREAS, the VENDORS desire to sell a portion and the VENDEE
agrees to buy, including all the improvements found and standing thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php20,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the VENDORS to their full and complete satisfaction, the VENDORS do hereby sell, transfer and convey a portion measuring one hundred (100) square meters culled out from the above-described property unto the VENDEE, absolutely and free from all liens and/or encumbrances which portion will be bounded on the North by Fortunata Cabales; on the South by Barangay Road; on the East by the Proposed Barangay Road; on the West by Ronelson Atienza.
