KEBIJAKAN TENTANG OBAT YANG DIBAWA PASIEN (Policy concerning medications

brought in by the patient)

Obat yang dibawa pasien adalah obat pribadi pasien yang dibawa sendiri dari luar
RSAB, baik dari pengobatan sebelum masuk RSAB atau pasien membeli sendiri dari
luar RSAB dengan resep yang bukan dari RSAB.
Medications brought in by the patient is patients personal medications which
brought in from outside RSAB and referring to drugs from recent outpatient service
before admission, or the one that patient bought from outside RSAB based on
prescription not given by RSAB doctors.
RSAB mengizinkan penggunaan obat-obat yang dibawa pasien dengan kondisi
sebagai berikut :
RSAB allows the usage of brought in medication under the condition :
a Dokter Penanggung Jawab Pasien (DPJP) akan mengkaji ulang obat-obat tersebut.
Primary Doctor will reassess the drugs.
b Jika memang diperlukan dan dapat dipergunakan sesuai dengan indikasi dan
penyakitnya, serta kondisi obat-obatan tersebut masih baik dan layak
dipergunakan, DPJP mencatat obat-obat tersebut di form pemberian obat.
If its needed and can be used according to patients indication, and the drugs are
still in an appropriate condition for use, Primary Doctor will noted the drugs in
patients Drug List.
c Untuk pemberiannya sesuai instruksi DPJP, obat akan diberikan oleh perawat
ruangan.
All the drugs will be administered according to Primary Doctors instruction, and
will be given by ward nurse.
