ANTWERP TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY AUGUST 16, 2001

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Secretary Margaret Grabbe

Board Members Present: Margaret Grabbe, Bonnie Osborne, Joe Stimac
Board Members Absent: Gary Stock and Glenn Wilkenson
Also Present: One guests.
Motion by Stimac, second by Osborne to approve the agenda as presented.
Motion carried.

All voted in favor.

Motion by, Stimac second by Osborne to table the approval for the minutes of May 24, 2001 and July
26, 2001 meetings until revised May 24, 2001 minutes is received and reviewed. All voted in favor.
Motion carried.
New Business:
Motion by Stimac, second by Osborne to grant the request from Harold Cirino for a change of lot lines
to make more user friendly for lots number 18 and 19 in Rose Meadow Subdivision. Request to change
lot line from east and west to north and south no additional lots/same amount of land.
Property address for lot 18 is 68560 Rambling Rose Drive, Lawton MI. Property number
80-02-425-018-00, plat number is 504-A18, section 34 and is zoned Agricultural.
Property address for lot 19 is 26741 Rosemary Lane, Lawton MI. Property number is 8002-425-019-00, plat number is 504-A19, section 34 and is z oned Agricultural.

All voted in favor.

Motion carried.
