Job Description:

Examine and study drawing and specification.

Bend pipe manually or with the use of pipe bending machine.
Assemble and install varieties of metal pipes and fittings.
Secure pipe to structures buy using clamps, brackets, hangers and
support.
Install pipe support and pre-fabricated pipe in sequence.
Check pipe route and assure its elevation if its meet with the requirement.
Ensure the alignment, high-low and root gap of pipe.
Maintain cleanliness in working area to prevent from unsafe condition.
Study drawing and specification.
Select type or sizes of pipes or any related material and tools according to
job specification and particular.
Responsible for alignment of headers and rectification of bend tubes.
Fabricate boiler parts, lay-out and fit up of panel attachments.
Fit up of bend tubes opening.
