the Company shall on giving notice in writing to the last known address of the Policyholder be entitled
to cancel this insurance immediately. A proportionate part of the premium will be charged for the time

3. Persons or classes of persons entitled to drive.

If any person for the purpose of

obtaining the grant of any licence to
himself/herself or any other person
knowingly makes any false statement,
or for the purpose of obtaining the issue
of a certificate of insurance or of a
certificate of security under the relevant
law applicable in Great Britain,
Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the
Island of Guernsey, the Island of Jersey
and the Island of Alderney, makes any
false statement or withholds any
material information, or fails to make a
fair representation of the facts, he/she
shall be liable to a fine or to
imprisonment or to both.

Those specified below, provided that the person driving holds a licence to drive the vehicle or has held
and is not disqualified from or prohibited by law from holding or obtaining such a licence, and
observes the regulatory requirements of such licence.

If you wish to cancel your policy

you should contact your agent in
writing with your request.

Racing competitions, pacemaking, rallies, or use in any contest, reliability or speed trial, or any other
activity which would not ordinarily take place on a road our public place, or use for any purpose in
connection with the motor trade.
