Actors

Our group has easy access to a lot of actors that we can use in our film opening. This is
useful as we can have extras in the scene to make it look more realistic than just having one
actor throughout the whole thing. The fact we have more available actors means we can add
in a enemy to contrast the main character as well as using the others as dead soldiers to
create more of an realistic effect. The fact that most our actors will be males means that it
can fit in with the stereotypical representation of war being majority male dominated.
Choice of actors has been deliberately male in order to fit with the stereotype of war being
male dominant, as well as this the actors we are using for certain as main roles are Noah
and Ben who are tall and quite broad shoulders which denote to the audience that they fit in
as a soldier compared to an out of shape person who is extremely small as this would be a
countertype to the genre of war.
