1. SPONSORSHIP BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Where appropriate, taxation is applicable to all goods and services offered by the conference managers and
all prices in this document are inclusive of Taxes. Taxes are calculated at the date of publication of this
document. The conference managers reserve the right to vary the quoted prices in accordance with any
movements in
the legislated Tax rate.
2. Sponsorship will be allocated only on receipt of a signed application Form and Booking Terms and
Conditions. A letter of confirmation will be provided to confirm the booking, together with a tax invoice for
the required
50% deposit. The deposit is payable 30 days from the date of the invoice. The balance is due and payable
by 17 February 2017. Applications received after17 February 2017 must include full payment.
3. All monies are payable in Kenya Shillings (Kshs).Cheques made payable to Kenyan Young Generation in
Nuclear must be drawn on a Kenyan bank.
4. All monies due and payable must be received (and cheques cleared) by Kenyan Young Generation in
Nuclear prior to the event. No organization will be listed as a sponsor in any official conference material
if no payments and the application form have been received by the Conference Managers.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation, a service fee of 50% of total fees applies to
cancellation prior to 27 January 2017. No refunds will be made for cancellations per this date and full
payment will be required. Should a cancellation be made prior to payment being made, the appropriate
cancellation fee will be applicable and the conference managers will issue an invoice which will be payable
within seven (7) days. Upon confirmation and acceptance of sponsorship, a reduction in sponsorship will be
considered as a cancellation and will be governed by the above cancellation policy.
6. No sponsor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of their sponsorship package except
upon prior written consent of the conference managers.
7 Sponsorship monies will facilitate the successful planning and promotion of the conference in addition to
subsidizing the cost of management, communication, program and publications. Sponsorship monies are
not expended on any entertainment incurred which is incidental to the activities of the conference.
8. Sponsorship entitlements including organization logo on the conference website and other marketing
material will be delivered only on receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
9. Privacy

DELEGATE PROFILE
This summit will bring together young people and professionals from the academia; nuclear providers,
operators and regulators; and research industry to share, exchange ideas and network on issues related to
nuclear science and technology. Over 300 delegates from across the globe are expected to attend the
conference. Furthermore, 200 students selected from local elementary schools to university level will also be
invited to participate in selected sessions.

Each booth will be charged a total of Kshs. 100,000 (USD 1,000) for the three day duration of the conference
Each booth will have an open front with the rest of the side sealed
Exhibitors are welcome to have more than one booths
The organizing committee will allocate the booths on a first-come-first-serve basis
