English Language Support Club
This ministry will begin again this Spring. Immediately after the service most
weeks, from 12noon to 1.00pm, we will be running the Club to help those for
whom English is not their first language. For more information please speak to

Youth football for Years 10-13every term-time Tuesday evening

7-8pm in Highlands School Sports Hall.
Life Explored is an informal and relaxed seven-week course. Its for anyone who
wants to find contentment and happiness in life. Its
run by ordinary Christian people and is completely
free. You dont need to know anything about the Bible,
and you wont be asked to pray or sing. You can ask
any question you like, or you can just sit and listen.
Whoever you are, whatever youre thinking, LE is a
place for you to discover the greatest gift in the universe. Tuesday Evenings starting 21st February.

Wed be delighted if youd like to make Grace Church your spiritual home or if
you would like to explore the Christian faith and the person of Jesus Christ.

As a church, we are celebrating our 10th Birthday and it is thrilling to look
back with gratitude and thankfulness not only to the Lord God for His grace
and provision, but also to each other and our partnership in the gospel as we
seek to know Christ and to share Christ. Following on from our studies in
Ephesians last autumn, I have been struck afresh by the stupendous truth
from Ephesians 2v4 which permeates the whole letter that,
because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us
alive with Christ
If we are Christians, then we are alive with Christ and that truth changes
everything. It transforms every experience and aspect of lives. When we face
despair and fear, there can now be joy and trust. It motivates us to holy living
and it excites us for the adventure that He has in store for Grace Church and
for each one of us in the coming years. I love the words of the old chorus
may they inspire us for 2017,
I know who holds the future, and Hell guide me with His hand.
With God things dont just happen, everything by Him is planned.
So as I face tomorrow, with its problems large and small,
Ill trust the God who cares for me, give to Him my all.
