Ingredients
2 cans(13.8ozeach)
Pillsburyrefrigerated
classicpizzacrust
4 tablespoonsbutter,melted
1/2 cuppackedbrownsugar
1/4 cupallpurposeflour
3/4 cupquickcookingoats
1 can(21oz)applepie
filling

Directions
1. Heatovento400F.Lightlyspraylargecookiesheetwith
cookingspray,ordrizzlewitholiveoil.

2. Openandpress1can(13.8oz)Pillsburyrefrigeratedclassic
pizzacrustdoughtothinlayeroncookiesheet.Bake8minutes
cool.

3. Meanwhile,measurediameteroftallsidedovenproofpan.(Pan
usedwas6inchindiameterwith4inchhighside.)Cutoutthree
circlesfrompartiallybakedcrustthatarediameterofpan.Set
aside.

4. Openanothercanofpizzadough,andpressoutontolightly
greasedsurface.Cutalongstripofpizzadough,atleast1/2inch
widerthanheightofpan(inthiscase,41/2inchestall).Place
stripofdoughonpieceofcookingparchmentpapercoverlightly
withdamptowel,andsetaside.

5. Pressremainingstripofdoughontoanotherlightlysprayed
cookiesheet.Bake8minutes.Cutouttwocirclesfrompartially
bakedcrustthatarediameterofpan.

6. Linepanwithcookingparchmentpaper,soendsofpaperstick
upandoutofpan.

7. Carefullydrapelongstripofpizzadougharoundinsideedgeof
pantolineit,leaving1/2inchhangingoveroutsideedge,and
bottomopen.Pinchseamsclosed.

8. Placeoneofthepartiallybakedpizzadoughcirclesinbottomof
pantofillbottom.

9. Inmediumbowl,mix4tablespoonsmeltedbutter,1/2cup
packedbrownsugar,1/4cupallpurposeflourand3/4cupquick
cookingoatsuntilcombined.

10. Spreadonethirdoftheoatmixtureonbottomlayerofpizza

caketopwithanotherpizzadoughcircle.

11. Spreadhalfof1can(21oz)applepiefillinginevenlayertop
withanotherpizzadoughcircle.Repeatlayering,soyoufinish
withoatmixtureontop.

12. Foldoverhangingdoughupandoveredgeofpizzacaketo
createraisedcrust.

13. Bake20to25minutesoruntildougharoundpizzaisfully
cooked.Totest,carefullypulluponparchmentpapertoraise
pizzaoutofpan.Oncefullycooked,cool20to30minutesinthe
panbeforeremoving.Usesharpknifetocutsliceslikeyouwould
acake.
