3. Scope of Work
a) Inclusion

Off-loading of materials deliv ered to Hidada Shop (Free on Trailer).

PWHT of Slop Tanks as per client requirements & procedures.

b) Exclusions

Preparation of PQR & procedures required for PWHT.

Surface preparation (blasting) & remov al of lubricants, coatings, dust &
Scales.
Supply & fabrication of steel frames / splice / fixture to av oid distortion

Supply & application of protection for holes, hinges, threading &

Serrations.
NDE, testing and repair works.
Chemical & mechanical guarantee of material after completion of
PWHT.

4. Commercial Terms and Pricing

Our price for nominated scope shall be 24,000 SAR / Fire
Maximum 2 Clean Out Door per Fire.

5. Payment Terms and Condition

100% along with PO.

6. Delivery
Deliv ery term: EXW Hidada shop, Jeddah.
Work completion Schedule: To mutually agreed

7. Validity
Our quotation shall be v alid for a period of 15 days. Further v alidation is
subjected to our written confirmation.
