Role Description
The Local Project Manager is the final responsible for the overall operational planning,
execution and tracking of the project on the local level according to the national plan, context
and guidelines. Hes to lead his local functional managers to ensure cross-functional operations
synergy for goal achievement. Hes part of the National Management Team, composed by all
the Local Project Managers and the National Project Manager, thus part of the decision making
process.
