Sub : Allotment of Cat. II Flat No. 20-B, First Floor at PKT-1, SEC-7 DWARKA under SFS.
Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to your application No. 013259 on the dated 25/07/85 subject cited above,
I am directed to inform you that on the basis of draw of lots held on 06/12/91 you have been allotted
Cat. II flat No. 20-B on First Floor in Pocket-I, Sector-7 at Dwarka Residential scheme
under SFS. The flat cost of the flat and other details and Net amount payable by you are given below.
You are therefore, requested to deposit the due amount within 60 days from the date of issue of this
letter under intimation to the undersigned failing which youwill be liable to pay interest @ 12% for the first
month and 18% for the subsequent month. On expiry of120 days your allotment shall be automatically
cancelled. Delay of one day will be rounded off as 15 days and 16 days as full month.

Penalty equal to 10% of the registration deposit is Payable for the surrender/cancellation on the flat after
the draw, but within one month of the issue of damand cum allotment letter after which an additional
interest @ 12% per annum for the first month and @ 18% per annum for the subsequent months will be
charged on the demanded amount.
The possession of the flat will be given to you by the Executive Engineer at site on the basis of possession
letter/authorisation letter issued by the Housing Deptt. The letter authorising you to take possession
from the Executive Engineer at site will be issued to you on your making the full payment and on
submitting the following documents alongwith an application :Please not that special efforts will be made to ensure that the possession letters are issued within 15 days
in favour of those allottees who make the payment of the demanded amount and submit the requisite
documents by 10/02/2017 at a special SFS counter.

Proof in support of your surrendering the FDR i.e. surrender slip in original.
An undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 2/- duly attested by Magistrate 1st Class/
Notary Public (specimen enclosed).
Specimen signature on the enclosed 2 forms attested by the Magistrate 1st Class/Notary Public/
Gazetted Officer 1st Class.

c) Third copy of Challan (In Original) vide which the payment has been made.
The documents are to be furnished within 120 days from the date of issue demand letter failing which
your allotment will be cancelled.
Normally the possession is taken by the allottee him/herself from the Ex. Engineer at site, however in case
the allottee is not in a position to take the same personally, the same can be taken by some one else for
and on behalf of the allottee for which a special power of attorney for limited purpose together with
affidavit from the allottee disclosing therein that he has not transferred or sold the flat to-anyone, will be
required to submit in addition to the above documents. Please note that in case the power of attorney
and the affidavit is sworn in by the allottee outside India, to be used in India, the same may be got
attested by the India Counsel or Vice Counsel or representative of Central Govt. as the case may be &
should be got adjudicated from the Collector of stamps, Delhi.
The possession of the flat is to be taken within six months from the date of issue of possession letter,
failing which the allotment will stand automatically cancelled without any further notice.
On the receipt of possession letter/authorisation letter you should contact the site office and inspect
premises to make yourself conversent with property circumstances in accordance with the regulation 1968
of DDA (Management & Disposal of Housing Estate) Regulation 1968. All deficiencies noted by you
should be noted in a register kept at site office. Site office will attend to the complaints. It is hoped
that possession will be given in about 15 days from the date of presentation of possession letter. In case
of difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact Zonal Chief Engineer in his office at Vikas Minar,
New Delhi.Delhi.
Please note that in case you do not take possession of the flat from site office within three months from
the date of issue of possession letter you will be liable to pay Rs. 400/500 per month on account of watch
& ward charges on category II/Category III respectively.
you will have to pay service charges annually Rs 5322.00 till the services are handed over to the MCD.
The amount demanded would be paid on or before the due date mentioned in this letter. The extension
of time for making the payment of the amount demanded upto a maximum period of 60 days or within
120 days from the date of issue of demand letter is admissible. An allottee need not apply for extension
but he will have to pay interest @ 12% p.a. for the first month and 18% for the subsequent one month.
The cancellation due to non-payment of demanded amount within the period mentioned above, shall not
be restored under any circumstances.
