TR state and inform SINOPEC the important of safety awareness for

all employee working on the area according to HSE requirement for
site and to increase the safety staff acc. to the number of worker.
Permits to work
Permit per job or per week shall be signed from construction team
daily
Housekeeping and walk through
Subcontractor to allocate resources for housekeeping, inside and
outside the heaters, housekeeping activities must be held every day
10-15 min. before beginning of works
TR instructs SINOPEC that any scrap material to be sent back to
warehouse with TR approval.
The subcontractor Eng. With TR to have a walk through one hour
DAILY on the heaters area for check house keeping

- TR instructed Sinopec to finalize the final paint for #2 stack

1st part F-1500 & F-2500 to install by Thursday/Friday 5 & 6
January, Survey report for F-2500 stack support required before
installation.

around F-1300 for final painting.
- TR instructed Sinopec to prepare scaffoldings inside

- Sinopec still not provides the test packages sample for Heaters

- TR instructed Sinopec to start Anchors welding to finalize the

refractory ceramic fiber to start remove scaffolding inside
radiant section of box heaters F-1100/1200/2100/2200.
- TR instructs Sinopec to follow the project erection priorities
to concentrate in Train I then train II for all activities. Priority
in DHT F-1300 then F-2300 then HCK train I then HCK train
II
- Sinopec to continue install scaffoldings around J20 stacks 1st
parts to start touch up preparation and finalize the final coat
layer, also Sinopec requested to make a distance from ground
to stack for safe accessibility. (final Painting ongoing).
- TR instructs Sinopec to start stack installation for HCK
heaters this week without painting due to Sinopec not start the
painting activities because of no manpower available for touch
up or painting activities. (Still no response from Sinopec).
- TR instruct Sinopec to start welding Skin Thermocouples
shields and clips) for all DHT and HCK heaters. Still no
welders available.
- TR informed that Sinopec still not start the modification of
steam drums supports for box heaters F-1100/1200/2100/2200
due to no manpower available. (Modification done in F1100/2100 for others fitup done without welding).
- Sinopec QC manager Mr. Shen informed almost of original
NDT reports included in RFIs not found in both DHT & HCK ,
TR informed to finalize the welding log to start PWHT to
remove all scaffoldings inside the heaters to install the burners.
- TR instructs Sinopec to increase the SS welders to #4 welders
in F-1500 and F-2500, only #2 welders in F-2500 and there are
no welders in F-1500. Sinopec will provide #2 more welders
to start welding of F-1500 coils.
- TR instructs Sinopec to continue welding Piping Supports
attached to Stacks in intermediate laydown.
- TR instructs Sinopec to weld SS sliding plated under
distribution ducts of J20-F-1100/1200/2100/2200.
- Sinopec is requested to repair the snuffing steam pipe to
flange welding joints by flush ground the cap and recap for box
heaters J20-F-1100/1200/2100/2200 (SI issued). The repair
activities shall start to avoid NCR from ARAMCO. Waiting
Aramco approval for Welder supplied by Vendor.
- TR instructed Sinopec to relocate the stair direction from east
to west for F-1100 & F-2100.
- TR instructed Sinopec to start alignment inspection for radiant
and cross over coils.
- TR notes that #4 Steam Drums arrived at site and ready for
installation.
