Introduction: This study aimed to determine the effects of acute doses tea parasite to changing patterns and adult
zebra fish swimming speed.
Methods: Research conducted in the laboratory of experimental research design posttest control group using
experimental animals zebrafish three-month old male who has been adapted for a month as many as 64 individuals.
Parameters such observations with a therapeutic dose of 200 mg / L, matc 3741 mg / L, and the LC50 6282 mg / L
receipts tracker software. The pattern of zebra fish swim adults who have been exposed dekokta parasite tea leaves
for 15 minutes with observation for 30 minutes at minute 5, 10, 15, 20, 25. Free swimming adult zebrafish exposed
dekokta parasite tea leaf for 1 hour and observation for 1 minute. Analysis of the data pattern of swimming and
swimming speed using ANOVA (p <0.05).
Results: Observation of adult zebra fish swimming patterns decreased swim but P1 is not significantly different from
controls. While the control group and P1 (therapeutic dose) significantly different from the P2, P3. However, P2 and
P3 were not significantly different. Observations adult swim speed control and P1 are not significantly different. But
if compared with P2 and P3 significantly different. In this study associated with Parkinson's disease who experience
a disruption in nerve cell degeneration gradually in the middle of the brain which controls the movement of the body.
Conclusion: Dekokta leaf tea parasite MATCH dose and acute LC50 can influence changes in the pattern and speed
swim swimming adult zebrafish.
