Title : PSO Based Optimal Generation Scheduling with Ramp Rate Limits

Description
 In this Project, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) technique is used to solve the
optimal power dispatch problems to minimize the total fuel consumption of the
generators by considering various equality and inequality constraints.
 The Line Flow Limits and Ramp Rate Limits of the generators are also included in
the problem formulation. The PSO based optimal power flow problem is
demonstrated on IEEE 30 bus system.
