Pushpagiri College of Pharmacy is a Christian

minority institution owned by Pushpagiri Medical
Society. Pushpagiri Medical Society is promoted by
the Malankara Catholic Archdiocese of Tiruvalla.
Pushpagiri College of Pharmacy started the
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) course in the year
2004 with an annual intake of 60 students. The
college is approved by Govt. of Kerala, Pharmacy
Council of India & AICTE. The College is affiliated
to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam & Kerala
University of Health Sciences, Thrissur.
The institution is upgraded to PG institution from
2011-12 academic years.
The Institution offers a four year Bachelors degree
in Pharmacy, Six year Pharm.D, Three years
Pharm.D (PB) and Two years Masters Programme
in Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice and
Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

OBJECTIVE OF THE WORKSHOP

The one day seminar cum workshop focus on emerging
needs of pharmacy professionals and pharmacologists.
The seminar would comprise of invited lectures from

and experience on advance practices on experimental
pharmacology ,microwave assisted synthesis & their
applications. There has been a quantum jump in
Pharmacology & medicinal chemistry in the field of
pharmaceutical sciences . The main objective of this
seminar is to bring together the academicians and
innovative researchers and to provide an opportunity
to acquaint and interact with each other and to get in
pace with the essential requisites in the shortest
possible time. We assure you that this will certainly
stimulate the perceptions and ideology of the budding
research scholars to create their own innovative visions.
