Subject:- Request for allowing bus to enter into the campus for
picking-up students
Requested Sir,
We would like to bring to your kind attention that the Hare Krishna
Movement, Jaipur More famous by the name of Akshyapatra [Its
social service wing] conducts various cultural festival throughout
the year on the special days for which student in RSKS are keenly
interested by showing their presence in abundance in most of the
festivals.
So, in order to facilitate the students in their long journey of
around 8Km to Akshyapatra Campus, the authorities/ organizers
send bus for the student, which they want to be allowed to enter
into the institute campus to further facilitate the students. We as
the student Coordinator would like to put this small request in
front of your kind office, to kindly allow the bus from Hare Krishna
Movement to be allowed to be entered into the campus for
picking & dropping the students.
