Larderello Group.

Italian tradition, global horizons. Since 1818.

Who thinks big, often thinks of us: Larderello Group.

We are not giants, but we are well known and appreciated in the markets on five continents
and in many different applications.
It is not by chance that in the world of the infinitely small, the atom, Larderello Group stands
out as the manufacturer and supplier of 80% of boric acid used in nuclear reactors around the world!
It is not by chance that we are the oldest boron based fertilizers manufacturer in the world.
Our fertilizers effectiveness is essential for good plant nutrition and to ensure a good harvest.
We do not like resting on our laurels: our ambition is to improve day by day.
Innovation and creativity, combined with passion, are the secret of growth in each type of activity.
The piano is the same for everyone, but everyone moves their hands differently on the keyboard
so the music changes.
Different music means different results.
The difference is our unabated research and the continuous improvement of the processes that lead
to the excellence of our products.

No problem is too big, nor is one too small for our expertise
and ability to produce solutions and success.

Milestones
For over two centuries we have been manufacturing and
distributing Boron based products around the world from our
plant in Larderello (Tuscany), where the Grand Duke of Tuscany
first exploited Boric acid from the geo-thermal resources
available in the area.
With the benefits of our past experiences and our recent history
in boron fertilizers, we created the FertiGlobal line of specialty
fertilizers in 2003.

A chemical laboratory
is set up at Larderello
to improve product
quality.

Features
FOLIAREL QS is a micro-granular, dual purpose fertilizer. It can be used for both soil and foliar application.
Specifically, it is used to prevent and treat boron deficiencies. Due to its high solubility, it mixes easily with
fertilizer and pesticides in low volumes of water. Boron is a micro-nutrient essential for plant nutrition. It is
indispensable for carbohydrate synthesis and translocation, for flower fertility, for cell division and cell wall
formation and for protein and lipid synthesis. Boron deficiencies are common in sandy or clay soils with a pH
below 5.5 or above 7.5. Deficiencies are also found in soils with low organic matter and in either drought or
excess moisture conditions.
Caution
FOLIAREL QS is compatible with most herbicides and liquid fertilizers (except ammoniacal solution) when
a pH between 5 and 8 is maintained.
FOLIAREL QS mixtures should be applied shortly after preparation to avoid a potential chemical
alteration produced by hydrolysis. Avoid spraying under hot conditions or sunny or bright days or during
crop blooming. PVA dispersible bags must be fully dissolved before adding FOLIAREL QS. Carefully rinse
sprayer after use. When mixing with other products always make a preventive Jar Test on a small area.

Further components
Formulation
Packaging

Water-soluble Potassium oxide (K2O)

Soluble powder
20 kg - 50 lb

18,0%

Features
FOLIAREL OK is an innovative, sodium-free, highly soluble formulation for prevention and correction of
boron deficiencies. This product also helps when sodium or nitrogen, as companion elements to boron,
may negatively affect crop quality of sensitive crops (sugar beet). The presence of potassium enhances
boron uptake and use by the plant, for a safe and efficient fertilizing effect. FOLIAREL OK is soluble in liquid
fertilizers and pesticide sprays, and can be applied to either the soil (pre-plant or pre-emergence) or leaf
canopy of horticultural crops, grapevines and olive or tree crops. Conventional and low volume sprays
are possible. Boron is essential for cell division, flower pollination, fruit setting, nitrogen metabolism and
protein synthesis. It reduces premature fruit drop, cracking, pitting, deformation and discoloration of the
fruit. Boron increases sugar translocation and fruit resistance to handling, cold, pest and storage.
Caution
FOLIAREL OK is compatible with most herbicides and liquid fertilizers (except ammoniacal solution) when
a pH between 5 and 8 is maintained.
FOLIAREL OK mixtures should be applied shortly after preparation to avoid a potential chemical
alteration produced by hydrolysis. Avoid spraying under hot conditions or sunny or bright days or during
crop blooming. PVA dispersible bags must be fully dissolved before adding FOLIAREL OK. Carefully rinse
sprayer after use. When mixing with other products always make a preventive Jar Test on a small area.

Features
FOLIFLO B is a liquid fertilizer for foliar and fertigation applications. It is used to specifically prevent
and cure boron deficiencies. Boron is a micro-nutrient essential for plant nutrition. It is indispensable for
carbohydrate synthesis and translocation, for flower fertility, for cell division and cell wall formation and
for protein and lipid synthesis. Boron deficiencies are common in sandy or clay soils with a pH below 5.5
or above 7.5.
Deficiencies are also found in soils with low organic matter and in either drought or excess moisture
conditions. FOLIFLO B can be applied in low volume sprays on tree crops, herbaceous crops, horticultural
crops and flower or ornamental crops. The more responsive crops are: sugar beet, oilseed rape, cotton,
sunflower, olive, celery, soybean, horticultural solanaceae, grapevine, etc

Features
FOLIFLO BCa is a highly concentrated fluid mixture of boron and calcium, specifically designed for foliar
application. A wide range of crops have a high requirement for both boron and calcium. The micro-nutrients
are both essential in the physiological processes that determine quality and total production for both
fruit trees and vegetables. Boron helps plants cope with low temperatures while stimulating sugar and oil
accumulation. Calcium helps with uniform vegetative development and increases shelf life of the fruit by
reducing bruising.

Features
FOLIFLO Ca is a highly concentrated calcium fertilizer in suspension form. This product will help mitigate
bitter pit in apples, fruit cracking in stone fruit, tip burn in lettuce and other foliage horticultural crops,
blossom-end-rot in tomato and other solanaceous crops, black heart in celery and cauliflower and many
other physiological disorders associated with impaired calcium availability on the cell wall level. Calcium
deficiency may also affect membrane permeability and salt stress potential. On grapevine cultivars prone
to mold, it may reduce damage and the need for specific agrochemical applications therefore reducing risk
of chemical residue in the juice. Thanks to its formulation, FOLIFLO Ca mixes well with most pesticides.

Features
FOLIFLO Quality is a suspension fertilizer high in Calcium and Magnesium.
It was designed to prevent the crossed deficiency of these two micro-nutrients. This deficiency causes
irreversible damage to the quality and reduces yield substantially. Calcium and Magnesium are essential
elements for the structure and strength of cell walls thereby mitigating quality and yield issues.
The most common physiological problems caused by simultaneous lack of calcium and magnesium are:
stem dieback in grapevines, physiological leaf and branch dessication on melons, leaf drop or brush
disease on apples and pulp deterioration on nectarines.

FOLIFLO Mn is a suspension fertilizer that is extremely efficient at preventing or curing manganese
deficiency. Manganese deficiencies are possible when crops are grown in soil with poor manganese
concentrations, when the soil pH is alkaline or when high organic matter or carbonate salts are present.
FOLIFLO Mn promotes photosynthesis and darkens the green color of the crop, improving yield and cold
resistance. The most demanding crops are: cereals, horticultural crops and fruit trees.

Features
FOLIFLO MBZ is highly concentrated suspension fertilizer with Nitrogen, Zinc, Boron and Magnesium
for foliar nutrition of most agricultural crops. Zinc is an important component of various enzymes that
are responsible for driving many metabolic reactions in all crops. Growth and development would stop if
specific enzymes were not present in plant tissue. Zinc promotes root development, fruit color and fruit
falling. Boron is crucial for carbohydrate synthesis and translocation, for flower fertility, cell division and fro
cell wall formation and protein and lipid synthesis. Magnesium is essential an essential nutrient being part
of the chlorophyll in all green plants and also plays a crucial role in photosynthesis.
Caution
Application rates and concentrations may vary according to crop yield potential and agronomic conditions.

Features
FOLIKEL Fe is a sodium-free, DTPA chelated iron, formulated with ammoniacal nitrogen to enhance Fe
uptake by the leaf canopy. It is used to prevent and cure iron chlorosis when root absorption is impaired due
to adverse soil or climate conditions.
It also helps plants to restore lush green color and photosynthetic activity.
This product is safer and more efficient in situations where crops are sensitive to other iron chelated
sources, e.g. ordinary EDTA-Na.
Caution
In case of low volume sprays, keep the indicated concentrations and treat more times (2-3 instead of
once) until the problem is solved. Efficient application rate may vary according to crop, variety and stage
of growth, climate and general agronomic conditions. Before treating, check by leaf/petiole test that the
observed leaf discoloration is related only to Fe deficiency, otherwise, you might get no result from the
application. In the greenhouse, do not apply concentrations above 50 mL/100 L. The presence of copper
on the leaf surface may reduce FOLIKEL Fe absorption. When mixing with other products always make a
preventive Jar Test on a small area.

Features
FOLIKEL Flussikupfer is a formulation containing copper in a chelated form that is highly water soluble
with excellent leaf penetration properties. Copper nutritional deficiencies could appear on soils deficient
in the element as well as in soils with high levels of organic matter and nitrogen. FOLIKEL Flussikupfer
is extremely efficient in preventing and rapidly curing the typical symptoms of copper deficiencies like:
necrosis and chlorosis of leaf apexes (spiral development of cereal leaf ear), reduced and slow plant growth,
and slow ear emergence of partially developed ears. Thanks to its formulation, FOLIKEL Flussikupfer
allows swift and targeted interventions rapidly correcting potentially hazardous nutrient deficiencies.
Caution
Fertilizer rates and concentrations may vary according to crop, yield goals and agronomic conditions.
Do not apply during flowering. In the greenhouse, do not apply by leaves. When mixing with other products
always make a preventive Jar Test on a small area. Avoid spraying under hot conditions, on sunny or bright

Features
FOLIKEL Flussimangan is a fertilizer solution containing Mn-EDTA that is readily absorbed through
leaves when applied foliarly. Manganese deficiencies are possible when plants are grown on soils with
poor concentrations of manganese, when the pH is alkaline and when there is a high concentration of
organic matter or carbonate salts. FOLIKEL Flussimangan is indicated for prevention or correcting typical
manganese deficiencies. These symptoms are interveinal chlorosis, low pollen and caryopsis. All these
issues result in harvest losses. Another important aspect of correct manganese nutrition is resistance to
cold. Crops with high manganese requirements are: cereals, horticultural crops, and fruit tree crops. Due
to its formulation FOLIKEL Flussimangan allows prompt and targeted applications to correct manganese
deficiencies.
Caution
Fertilizer rates and concentrations may vary according to crop, yield goals and agronomic conditions. Do not

FOLIKEL Mn-EDTA is a fertilizer, containing chelated manganese with high penetration properties
when applied foliarly. Manganese deficiencies are possible when plants are grown on soils with poor
concentrations of manganese, when the pH is alkaline and when there is a high concentration of organic
matter or carbonate salts. FOLIKEL Mn-EDTA is indicated for prevention or correcting typical manganese
deficiencies. Manganese promotes photosynthesis and brings good color to the leaves. Another important
aspect of correct manganese nutrition is resistance to cold and a potential for higher yields.
Due to its formulation FOLIKEL Mn-EDTA allows for prompt and targeted applications to correct
manganese deficiencies.
Caution
Full volume sprays are suggested at the desired concentrations. In case of low volume sprays, keep the
indicated concentrations and treat more times (2-3 instead of once) until the problem is solved. Efficient
application rate may vary according to crop, variety and stage of growth, climate and general agronomic
conditions. Do not apply during flowering. In the greenhouse, do not apply by leaves.

FOLIKEL Zn-EDTA is a micro-granular chelated product containing zinc in a highly water-soluble form for
increased leaf penetration. Zinc nutritional deficiencies could appear on leached acid soils or in alkaline
soils. A reduced absorption of zinc is also visible in soils with a high phosphate content.
FOLIKEL Zn-EDTA is very efficient in preventing and curing symptoms of zinc deficiencies, promoting root
development, fruit color and yield, reducing fruit drop. Thanks to its formulation FOLIKEL Zn-EDTA allows
swift and targeted applications to rapidly correct potentially hazardous nutrient deficiencies.

FOLISTIM HUMI Mn is a liquid fertilizer containing manganese, sulfur and humic acids to prevent and
cure manganese deficiency by foliar application. Manganese deficiencies are possible when crops are
grown in soil with poor manganese concentrations, when the soil pH is alkaline or when high organic matter

improving yield and cold resistance. Chlorosis is the main symptom of manganese deficiency due to low
chlorophyll concentration. Even pollen viability is affected by lack of this element.

1 L (1,47 kg) - 10 L (14,7 kg) - 2 x 2,5 gal

Features
FOLISTIM LSA Ca is a Chloride-free liquid fertiliser, high in complexed Calcium. This product will
help mitigate bitter pit in apples, fruit cracking in stone fruit, tip burn in lettuce and other foliage
horticultural crops, blossom-end-rot in tomato and other solanaceous crops, black heart in celery
and cauliflower and many other physiological disorders associated with impaired calcium availability on
the cell wall level. Calcium deficiency may also affect membrane permeability and salt stress potential.
Therefore, FOLISTIM LSA Ca sprays may positively affect water balance in young tissues including fruit
and flower shelf-life. On grapevine cultivars prone to mold, it may reduce damage and the need for specific
agrochemical applications therefore reducing risk of chemical residue in the juice. On horticultural crops
grown on saline media or watered with saline water, it helps reduce salinity stress with combined plant
canopy sprayings and soil fertigation applications (1-2 kg/1000 m2). Thanks to its formulation, FOLISTIM
LSA Ca mixes well with the most common pesticides.
Caution
Application rates and concentrations may vary according to crop, variety and stage of growth, climate and
general agronomic conditions. When mixing with other products always make a preventive Jar Test on a

Features
FOLIMAC N-Micro is a urea-formaldehyde liquid fertilizer. It is formulated for safe and efficient application
both as a foliar or through fertigation methods. FOLIMAC N-Micro will initiate a prompt green-up and will
continue to release nitrogen slowly. Iron, manganese and zinc (in chelated form) stimulate the nitrogen
utilization by the plant and leaves especially during the cooler season for crops sensitive to iron, manganese
and zinc deficiencies (pear and plum trees). In horticultural crops, FOLIMAC N-Micro improves leaf color
and fertilizer efficiency with a lower risk of nitrate accumulation.

Features
FOLIMAC N-Plus is a methylene urea fertilizer solution that has been specially formulated for foliar
application. It is mixed with water or other water-based chemistry and will initiate a prompt greening of the
crop. When mixed with other water-based chemistry, FOLIMAC N-Plus will improve wetting and spreading
characteristics, reducing spray drift.
This formulation increases nitrogen efficiency in many crops such as; cereals, forage and oilseed crops,
sugar beet, horticultural crops, grapevines and fruit and olive trees. This nitrogen efficiency is especially
noticed when the applications are made just before flowering or shortly after fruit set.
Caution
Fertilizer rates vary according to crop, yield goals and agronomic conditions. Cultural practices allow for
multiple applications of FOLIMAC N-Plus when mixed with other agro-chemicals.
Do not mix FOLIMAC N-Plus with any acid products. In mixtures with copper based products, FOLIMAC
N-Plus may decrease application rates by as much as 20%. For foliar application, the minimum water
volume recommendation is 20 gallons per acre. Always make a preventative or compatability Jar Test and
spray this on small areas as commercial formulations may vary.
