Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities
_Work with management team to identify and evaluate nmarket, new target clients
_Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan
_Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities
_Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or overall company target
_Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
_Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity
_To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client
Requirements
_5 years (or plus) of experience in sales/business development
_Proven track record of developing new businesses
_Strong in client connection and client services
_Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
_Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
_A passion for sales and a drive to succeed
_University degree
_Fluent in English and Mandarin
