TECHNICAL TREATMENT OF BREAST (BREAST CARE)

INTRODUCTION
Background
Every woman would want the ideal breast shape and attractive,
then we often hear some women choose not to breastfeed because of
fears the baby will become saggy breasts.
Not only that, the mother wishes to breastfeed her baby is often
hampered by the inconvenience that arise during the process of
breastfeeding, such as due to minor disturbances such as a baby is
difficult to suck breast milk, breast blisters and others.
These conditions often deter mothers to breast feed the baby. And
it is very unfortunate, because breast milk is a combination of essential
nutrients with ideal proportions and form most easily absorbed by the
baby, which is needed to optimize the growth process of the child.

CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

CONCLUSION

Breast care after childbirth intended that the breast is always clean
and easy to inhaled by the baby. Many mothers who complained about
the baby did not want to suckle, this could be due to technical factors
such as nipple incoming or wrong position. Of course, in addition to
technical factors, the mother's milk is also influenced by nutrition and
psychological condition of the mother.
Nutritional factors can be met by additional caloric intake of 500
kcal per day, especially nutrient-rich protein (fish, eggs, liver), calcium
(milk), and vitamins (vegetables, fruit). Also, drink plenty of water.
Psychological factors also important to create a relaxed and comfortable
atmosphere, no rush and no stress when menetekkan baby. Breast care
can also help expedite spending ASI, done as early as possible after
delivery for 1-2 days.
ADVICE
After understands and is able to perform routine breast care
