Procurement division, as a team member I am capable of maintains good relations with
vendors for prompt and timely delivery of goods/items at the earliest. And also capable for
getting out source of funds from NBFCs and bankers for readily delivery of assets to
required site at the earliest. And also maintains good relation between the inner departments
of organization for smooth going of work. Maintains and track the process of procurement.
Frequent reconciliation of vendors as and required. Having good Working Knowledge in
important purchase related documents like LC, BG, EPCG, High Seas Sales, Import
duties and freight related documents to reach on time to the site.
Maintains soft copy of all the information pertains to procurement. And generates MIS
reports as per management request for taking decisions as and required.
Additional work experience as 2 years as Jr. Accounts assistant capable of maintains daily
activities and day book, vendors, voucher writing and posting, payroll etc.,
Having additional skills in computers, Tally, PACT softwares.
