    hi..

    on 9 dec 2016, i had transaction in dwarka sector 10 metro station for topup met
    ro smart card.
    i done the transaction through debit Card for Rs 500 but they debit my account w
    ith Rs 504.31.
    the amount Rs 4.31 is extra debited from my account i.e.includes Rs 0.31 is tax
    and conv amt is Rs 3.75
    that is mentioned in the slip. Why there is charge,please explain.Earlier there
    were no charges.
    As PM is encouraging people to do digital transaction.
    Please help the needful.
