Background of Activity

Refer to the clause no. 3. ii of the agreement with Mr. A. T. M.


Hayatuzzaman for the premise of MSC-1 & Data Centre, Dhaka
Square, Uttara; we were to review rental increment @ every 4
years of tenure commencing from 1st October, 2011. As per
same clause of the agreement, rent will be increased @15%

were able to keep the rate of increment same as the


incremental clause i.e.15% after discussion with the owner.
Apart from the this understanding, we have released space of
1,800 sft from the 8th floor of the building. So, overall space at
the premise has reduced to 27,320 sft which was earlier 29,120
sft. In order to capture above changes, legal team has
suggested to amend the said agreement. Detail of commercial
impact and reference clause is attached with this approval.
