THE INDIAN PARTNERSHIP (l[TAMIL NADU!
AMENDMENT) ACT, 1959.
[Received the assent of the President on the 3rd November
1959, first published in the Fort St. George Gazette
on the l lth November 1959 (Kartilta 20, 1881).]

An Act further to amend the Indian Partnership Act, Z932,

in its application to the 3[State of Tamil Nadu].
WHEREAS
it is expedient further to amend the Indian
Partnership Act, 1932 (Cential Act IX of 1932), in its
application to the 3[State of Tamil Nadu] for the
purposes hereinafter appearing ;

BE it enacted in the Tenth Year of the Republic of India

as @llows :1. (1) This Act may be called the Indian Partnership short title
(1LTamil Nad u] Amendment) Act, 1959.

(2) It extends to tlle whole of the 3[State of Tamil

2. In sub-section (1) of section 59-A of the Indian

BEit enacted by the Legislature of the State of Tamil Nadu
