ABSTRACT
An embedded system is characterized by real-time and multi-rate
operations define the ways in which the system works, reacts to events and
interrupts and schedules the systems functioning in real time. It does so by
following a plan to control latencies and to meet deadlines. The different
operations may take place at distinct rates. The user of an embedded device is often
not even aware that a computer is present in the device. The computer is used
primarily to provide flexibility and to simplify the system design. Unlike a PC,
program code is usually stored in ROM and not a hard disk drive. Typically, the
end user does not develop new software for the embedded device. With advances
in VLSI technology, embedded systems have become so inexpensive that they are
found in most of todays electronic devices.
Since wireless power transfer technology (WPT) gains its
popularity, broad range of application and research are performed in the field of
medical implantable applications. In this paper, we review the technical status of
WPT system applied to medical implant devices. As a practical application of this
technology, the current achievements and challenges of wireless capsule
endoscopy are reviewed and analyzed, in view of its design, functional requirement
and related issues in WPT. And WPT application to artificial heart is also
discussed. Based upon the analysis, we propose a research directions and WPT
consideration in designing a WPT system for implantable medical applications.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
Here we are going to see Medical Implantable Applications
using WPT (Wireless Power Transfer). AC supply will be given HF (High
Frequency) Transformer, so that Transformer can produce high magnetic flex in the
primary side. It will be transferred to secondary side and using filters it is given to
DC regulator with help of regulator, supply will be given to Microcontroller. And
blood pressure of the human being will be sensed and displayed in LCD.
