and almost 100 airlines around the world. Zodiac SA is a France-based aeronautical equipment manufacturing company.
Chief Financial Officer Zodiac Seats US Division
Led all financial reporting, planning (FP&A), business analysis, compliance and general accounting activities. Direct reports
included Controller, Regional Finance Manager, Estimating Director and IT Director. Total staff of 53 professionals.

Supported +$59MM increased earnings year-over-year, equivalent to +9 points in EBIT return on sales. Accomplished
through financial leadership and cross-functional teamwork during turnaround of business (from loss-making to
profitability).

Reduced $15MM in annual labor and SG&A overhead expenses. Developed comparative KPIs used to right-size direct

Supervised financial reporting, budgeting, business analysis and human resources activities. Team included Controller,
Manager of Business Analysis and Director of Human Resources.
