ACTION PLAN
1. Leadership
+ I will discuss/meeting about the work what my team have done and what my team will do in next time
with team members.Beside that, I will present the results what each person have gotten, show to them
which are the weak points and strength points need to improve or develop in next time. ( 1 time/month
)
=> To grasp the member capacity to support them about the working. By mean of this, I can manage
and arrange work to suitable with each capacity members.
2. Work management
+ I will periodic verify team member about Prohibited rules, Basic Operation and Standard
Operation
( Prohibited Rule : 2 month/time, BO: ( 5 items/time : 1 shift circle ), SO : ( 1 items/time : 1 shift circle )
=> To ensure their basic knowledge, prevent lack of steps in operation can lead to incidents.
3. Safety management
+ I will regular monitor the implementation of Point and Call, Repeat and Report
=> To set up the safety manner in operation of each team members.
+ I will guide the team to practice 5S and do Near-Miss activity report ( 1 report/ shift ) and also share it
to team members
=> To set up 5S mindset in working and support team members have experience to prevent injury or
incident when they work at site.
