About Key person

Julmin Christian, founder of this company is a professional trainer, leadership coach, corporate trainer and financial advisor, whose mission is
to motivate business leaders to effectively use their energy and influence to create positive changes in the world, help individually plan their
finances to meet their goal and better their future. Over the past twenty three years, Julmin has held numerous corporate positions, bringing
marketing success to PNB Metlife , Hero Motors, Eicher Ramon and Demm, Gajara Gears, Escorts JCB . In his last assignment he led western
India as training head for PNB Metlife . Worked as a passionate Agent of transformation and change, he has successfully leveraged his
diverse experiences to bring innovation and growth to many companies.

CPBA (Certified Professional Behavior Analyst) from TTT international - USA. Julmin Christian along with credentials in training, is also a
Licentiate from Insurance Institute of India, AMFI from NSE with certified Retirement Planner, and Automobile engineering academic
background. An additional certified in Dermatoglyphics ( A Multiple Intelligence Test Report based on fingerprints ) .

Abhijeet Desai, a pillar stone of the company is a professional Coach and Mentor. Certified in Learning and Development , and a
professional trainer in personal effectiveness. He comes with a rich and niche experience with several big Automotive
companies like Eicher, Mahindras, Cummins, Volvo, Chevrolet at senior positions for the last 24 years and has played a pivotal
role in Sales, Service, Spare Parts and Value Added Services, setting up Infra for dealers, Creative Design of Various stalls at the
Auto Expo Shows. He has won various awards for designing specialized service oriented products for 2-wheeler dealers and
service Vans and innovative ideas for sales.
With an academic credential of Automobile Engineering from renowned College VJTI - Mumbai, a PGPIDMP from IIM Kolkata in
strategic management and an honor to get the fellowship in HR from World HR Forum, he now specializes in brain development
studies, Yoga and nurtures and guides kids, Teens, Adults, Professionals and families on achieving success and happiness in life.
