with the exclusive Wave motif.
In a special process, the motif is
applied to the panel by screen
printing and then baked on.
The decoration is available for

The Roth Laguna Maxi Wave Walk-In

offers wide and easy access to the
shower. Made-to-measure installations
are possible in all sizes, to suit your
requirements.
The panel is secured using a wall
attachment strip with an adjustment
range of 15 mm to compensate for
any unevenness in the wall, or using
Wave hinges - whichever you prefer.
The new Roth Unifix retaining tube
construction ensures that the panel
is securely fixed. The way the glass
panel is connected to the wall can be
individually adjusted. The Roth Laguna
Maxi Wave Walk-In is made of eightmillimetre-thick single pane safety
glass. It is available in clear glass, in all
Roth patterned glass designs or with
the Wave decoration (see section on
Design, Dimensions, Technical Data).
Roth also offers an ETC coating option
(Easy to Clean).

The Roth Gecko extra handle is selfadhesive and sticks to the glass surface
to allow perfectly easy two-handed
operation of the Laguna Maxi Wave
hinged folding doors. You simply press
it onto the moving part of the glass
door, on the inside of the shower, and
it is immediately ready for use as an
extra handle, making it easy to move
the glass elements.

doors easily without the extra handle. The Roth Gecko comes as standard with

In the basic shower function model,
this is already incorporated in the seat
panel, ready to be connected. The
compact continuous flow heater will
supply you with shower water at just
the right temperature, straight away
and for as long as you like.

The automatic pump option is always
required wherever natural drainage
via an outflow system is not possible.
The Roth discharge pump does the
job completely automatically. The
maximum delivery height is 150 cm.
With the right accessories, the waste
water can be discharged by feeding it

relaxation. You can experience it every day in the shower in
your dream bathroom.
Massage
Relax with a targeted massage - this is possible in a Tempofit
shower with its six back jets and two neck jets, arranged
adjustably round the seating area. The massage function can
be connected where the water pressure is between 2,0 and
5,0 bar. The recommended water pressure is 3,0 bar.

Technical data for steam generator

The steam generator has a self-regulating water flow and level control system.
When the steam generator is switched off, an automatic rinsing program controls
the cleaning process and ensures that the generator is completely empty.
A safety thermostat monitors its operation. The steam generator has an
automatic cut-out which is activated after approx. 45 minutes.
The device can be serviced via a maintenance opening inside the cabin.

Technical data Fittings
Tempofit complete showers are all equipped with a thermostat fitting and
associated shut-off valves. Once installed, the thermostat fitting keeps the
preset water temperature constant, irrespective of flow, supply temperature and
pressure fluctuations.
The only exceptions are Tempofit complete showers with integrated compact
continuous flow heater. A single lever mixer is integrated as fittings in this
equipment variant. This fitting offers better temperature adjustment properties at
comparatively lower flow volumes.
Compact continuous flow

heater KDE
The continuous flow heater is an electrically operated device. It produces hot

water for the shower operation. The integrated continuous flow heater is an
electrically operated device and it offers the advantage that the heat output is
regulated continuously and the temperature is kept constant independently of
the flow and the supply temperature. Further, the electronic regulation reduces
the energy consumption compared to hydraulic devices through automatic
adjustment of the heat output. The electronic continuous flow heater is already
integrated in the water supply of the Tempofit complete shower. No further
actions are required
to operate the device after proper first installation. Optionally, another tap can
be connected next to the hot water supply to the Tempofit complete shower.
The device can be serviced via a maintenance opening inside the cabin.

Automatic pump
The pump is an electrically operated device. When necessary, the pump drives
the waste water that collects during showering into a suitable water drainage
system through a discharge hose. The pump is integrated in a shower tray and it
is activated automatically when water flows in. The maximum delivery height of
the pump is 1,50 m. When operating the pump, the amount of water brought in
must correspond to the pump performance. Otherwise there will be backwater in
the shower tray. In addition to normal drainage of the Tempofit complete shower,
the waste water can optionally be discharged by feeding it into a hand basin, for
example. The device can be serviced via a maintenance opening inside the shower
tray.

and cold water must be equalised.

A customers provided installation of a shut off option for both water connections,
as well as the installation of a water damage protection valve is recommended.
When installing a steam generator, a return flow inhibitor must also be provided
for the cold water supply. The wall break made during construction for the
water connections must be sealed with elastic caulking. The plant must be rinsed
according to DIN 1988. The supply of fully deionised water is not permitted.
Operation with internal

continuous flow heaters
Tempofit complete showers without integrated compact continuous flow heaters

can be operated using hydraulically, electrically or thermally controlled continuous
flow heaters (min. 24 kW). The flow must be min. 12 l/min at 300 kPa (3 bar).
Waste water connection
The waste water connecting pipe is to be provided according to the display in the
installation areas. The dimensions of the waster water pipe must be at least DN 40.
In designs with pump, the waste water is guided through a discharge hose
(inner diameter 19 mm) into a suitable drainage system. The maximum delivery
height of the pump is 1.50 m. The discharge hose can be extended up to 12 m
in horizontal designs. The specified hose cross-section must be observed in this
connection. The specified reference values for delivered volumes and heights may
be reduced depending on the distance to be pumped and the hose orientation.
For best possible delivery results, pump vertically upwards initially at maximum
required height and then make the delivery path to the drainage system slightly
inclined.

For the electrical connection, a separate circuit 3 x 2,5 mm and a cable 1 x 4 mm
are to be provided for potential equalisation. The customer must provide a main circuit
breaker (e.g., via fuses) with a contact opening width of minimum 3 mm per pin and
a residual current protector (FI switch) with IFN 30 mA. The potential equalisation is
to be conductively connected to the potential equalisation of the house installation.
Grounding measures must be provided according to VDE 0100 Section 410 and Section 540. The cabin is provided with a 2 m long connecting cable H0VV-F 3G2,5 for
supply to the fixed electrical connection socket shown in the illustrations in Point 6.2.

The customer should install a water damage protection valve.
The in-built restrictor is intended for a dynamic pressure regulation with a water
line pressure of 2 to 6 bar. The water flow is 4,5 l/min.

Pump 150 Watt: Delivery height 2200 mm (reinforced)
Drain hose and compatible hose clamp are included. In the 150 Watt pump
model, the drain hose is supplied with non-return valve.
Electrical connections
The electrical connection may only be undertaken by a franchised electrician.

The connection (connection value max. 2150 W, AC 230 V, 50 Hz) with a rubber
hose line must be routed through a main circuit breaker with a min. 3 mm
contact distance and a residual current protector (FI switch) with IFN < 30 mA.
The potential equalisation is to be conductively connected to the potential
equalisation of the house installation.
Activating the pump
When operating a pump, the amount of water brought in must correspond to the
pump performance. Otherwise there will be backwater in the shower tray.
