According to the last time we met I present you the recommendations for WHC
departments.
The first thing is to dissolute the weekly reports because its a waste of time for
part of the enterprise partners, then the use of Blackberry devices, we
recommend that is not worth it because it is a waste of money giving it to the
employees instead of using our own infrastructure to solve it, like the computer
departments or telephone.
And about the complaints of the customers we agree making the connection
between departments.
