The Commission En Bane, by virtue of the powers vested in it by the Constitution, the Omnibus Election Code, and other pertinent laws, RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to defer the suspension of the ‘system of continuing registration of voters, validation and updating of registration records ordered under COMELEC Resolution No. 9905. RESOLVED, moreover, that the system of continuing registration of voters, validation and updating of registration records shall continue on February 01, 2015 until further orders.Page2 Min.
