The defendant Logan M. Johns had a bench warrant issued by St.

Lawrence County court for probation violations. Ogdensburg
Police Department contacted Potsdam Police indicating Johns
was in there custody. Potsdam Police transported Johns from
Ogdensburg Police Department to St. Lawrence County
Correctional Facility on bench warrant.
