Coolpad PST Tool is the product supporting tool for Coolpad devices. Its main functionality is to
download phone software and configure phone parameters. This document includes the
introductions of the functionalities and the operating methods of Coolpad PST Tool. The
document has three sections: the whole introduction of the software, the operating guides of all
functionalities and the solutions to FAQ. This document provides specific instructions of PST Tool
to the reader for specific reference.

Introductions of PST Tool

Installation of Drivers
Before using PST Tool, driver for the device should be installed on PC.
(1) Get the Coolpad driver installation package
(2) Unzip theUSB_Driver_130813.rar.
(3) Double click the execture file
(4) Wait for the installing finish.

Installation of PST Tool

(1) Get the installation package of PST Tool
(2) Double click the installation package to install. Click Next to continue the installation.

(3) When the installation of PST Tool is completed, the following picture will be shown. Check
Launch Driver installto install PST Tool required running environment.

(4) When the PST are installed successfully, there will be a shortcut icon of the PST Tool on the
desktop, show as below:

Click above PST shortcut icon on the desktop to enter the main interface and the main interface
is displayed.

SW Download
SW Download is used to download software to the phone, which can allow the phone to update to
the latest or desired software version.
1. Power off the phone and keep the battery in the phone.
2. Firstly press volume down key, plug in the USB line, don't release the volume down key until
the phone enters Fastboot mode.
3. Click Select File to select correct software (*.CPB format). And wait until the connection
status icon is shown as below.

4. When the message box shows Check thread Verify data file ok! Then you can click Start
to start software download process.

5. When SUCCESS shows on the interface, it means software download has been successfully
completed and it will boot automaticlyyou can remove the phone.
