I. Beauty Consultant Must Submit Company Invoice and Customer Receipt as a proof of purchase.
II. Beauty Consultant MUST issue Customer Receipt to customer within 90 days from the Invoice date of purchase.
III. Customer MUST submit customer receipt within 90 days from the date of purchase from the Beauty Consultant.
IV. Beauty Consultant has 7 days of grace period to submit the returned product from customer to company.
V. The returned product MUST be two- thirds full.
VI. The total retail value for replacement products should not exceed the total retail value of returned products. Any variance in this value WILL NOT be payable nor refundable.
Note: I. Product Replacement will take 5 working days to be verified and processed.
II. I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to the condition above. Failure to complete this from correctly may cause a delay in the return being processed.

receipt (sales ticket) as a proof of purchase together with the
returned product to the Customer Service Department of
