Request regarding.
Ref: FL-3 Licence No.TSR 4/2010-2011.

Due to shortage of accommodation and lack of facilities in our establishment,

most of our employees are staying outside in rented houses/lodges, paying very high
rates of rents, in different localities away from the establishment. This affects smooth
functioning and meeting urgent requirements of the establishment, especially during the
non-working hours.

In addition to the above, the customers staying in our hotel experience difficulties
to park their vehicles due to shortage of roofed parking facilities.

To alleviate the above difficulties we would like to undertake additional

construction to provide:-
(a) 5 numbers of car parking on the ground floor
(b) 5 number of rooming houses for staff with attached toilets on the 1st floor
(c) 2 number of rooming houses for staff with attached toilets and one hall on 2nd floor of
the proposed building as shown in the enclosed municipal approved plan.

Therefore you are humbly requested to accord sanction at your earliest.
