Strengths:
1. Training:
Trained two teams of Under 14 years (Junior) team and Under 17 years (senior) team by
working on cardiovascular and physical strengths and focused on basketball game skills
of each player, that resulted both teams to win District level competition.
2. Problem Solving:
Resolved conflicts and fights between people or call police or operational officer at time
of emergency to maintained complete law and order.
3. Management:
Managed cost and expenses by pre-budgeting and allocating funds accordingly to reduce
wastage by 5%
4. Communication:
Answered enquires by providing details to the parents and students regarding the batch
size, timing, fee structure to enhance number of admissions by 20% yearly.
5. Creative:
Designed advertisement for the promotion in such way that delivered proper information
regarding fees structure, batch size, timing and facilities provided in IELTS institute and
attracted 20% more potential students.

Weaknesses:

People Pleaser:
In the past I have always gone the extra mile to help whenever it is necessary in
trying not to disappoint or let anyone down. However, I am working on it and I will
make sure I will help others out without risking my own work.

ii.

Workaholic:
I have found that it is easy to get burned out by not balancing my time very well.
However, I have now started organising and scheduling my time, making sure I achieve a
balance between by work and leisure activities.

They have no problems with being the leader and helping others with their tasks. I prefer to do
things slowly to make sure that I am not making mistakes.

I believe I am truthful, loyal and determined. I am rational thinker and good at settling
other people's disputes and putting them on the right track for reconciliation.

If something seems unfair I am not afraid to speak up, even if its on someone else behalf.

Hello, my name is Gursukhdeep, Ive worked as an Assistant Manager at Apex Institute of
IELTS and now serving as Security Officer at Securiguard, Vancouver. Along with that I am also
working in Punjabi music industry as a model and assistant director in various music videos.
I graduated in Bachelors of Commerce from Punjab University, Chandigarh, India in year 2015.
I believe I am very versatile and flexible that enables me to change per the work environment
and area I am working in due to my many transferable skills. From my past, I have been
recognised for my interpersonal skills, dependability, creativity and observational skills. I am
creative when it comes to problem solving and motivating others. I see myself as a Marketing
Manager of Advertisement Agency.
In my leisure time, I like to do shopping and exploring new places. I am also a fitness enthusiast
and love to play basketball.

P&G had over 70 to 80 different brands and I believe I am ideal candidate for them because they
need to market large number of products and need creative people like me to design
advertisement and photograph their products to sell online and for the TV commercials too. I
