Trained two teams of Under 14 years (Junior) team and Under 17 years (senior) team by
working on cardiovascular and physical strengths and focused on basketball game skills
of each player, that resulted both teams to win District level competition.
2. Problem Solving:
Resolved conflicts and fights between people or call police or operational officer at time
of emergency to maintained complete law and order.
3. Management:
Managed cost and expenses by pre-budgeting and allocating funds accordingly to reduce
wastage by 5%

Answered enquires by providing details to the parents and students regarding the batch
size, timing, fee structure to enhance number of admissions by 20% yearly.

Designed advertisement for the promotion in such way that delivered proper information
regarding fees structure, batch size, timing and facilities provided in IELTS institute and
attracted 20% more potential students.

People Pleaser:
In the past I have always gone the extra mile to help whenever it is necessary in
trying not to disappoint or let anyone down. However, I am working on it and I will
make sure I will help others out without risking my own work.

I have found that it is easy to get burned out by not balancing my time very well.

organisation, they respect colleagues, customers and consumers. Everybody in the organisation
are honest and straightforward with each other. They simplify, standardise and streamline our

P&G had over 70 to 80 different brands and I believe I am ideal candidate for them because they
need to market large number of products and need creative people like me to design
advertisement and photograph their products to sell online and for the TV commercials too. I
recon that I have all the qualities to be ideal for this company.
