Undertaking to fulfill Condition of Minimum Attendance
I/We have gone through all instructions regarding admission and other disciplinary rules and I have instructed
my son/daughter to follow all. I do undertake that my son/daughter/ward will follow all instructions, rules and
regulations of the Institute, and will attend college regularly. I also agree that if he/she fails to comply minimum 75%
attendance required by University, he/she could be detained in the Institute.

Condition of Minimum Attendance

I am fully aware that, I will not be allowed to appear for the examination if I do not attend minimum 75 per cent
classes of theory, practical,drawing etc. I am also aware that I will not be allowed to appear for the examination, if I
fail to satisfactorily submit all the assignments, jobs, journals, drawings, reports as may be specified by the University
within stipulated time limit.

Undertaking Regarding Payment of Fees

(SE to BE, SY ME & MBA )
I, admitted in_______________________ (Class & Branch) during the academic year 2016-17, know that
present fees of your Institute is ad-hoc/interim and shall be fixed by Fees Regulating Authority, Govt. of
Maharashtra, Mumbai. The revision in the fees if any by the Fees Regulating Authority will be binding on
me as per DTE rule 9(5)(a). I will pay all the fees for this Acaedemic Year as decided and directed by Fees
Regulating Authority within three weeks as and when notified by Institute.
The contents of the said undertaking have been readout to us and explained:

This undertaking is printed by me as per copy of undertaking displayed on college Notice

Board and on Website.
I know and agree that if I fail to pay full fees of the college as declared by Fees Regulating
Authority my admission will be cancelled under non completion of admission procedure.
I shall not raise any dispute and abide to remit the final fee declared by Fees Regulating
Authority for this Institute as and when notified by Institute.
The said undertaking is remitted by me as per the guidelines of DTE Engineering Admission
Information Brochure for the academic year 2016-17
In case I fail to pay the full fees I know that I will not be eligible to appear for internal as well
as university examination.
The Fees finalized by Fees Regulating Authority shall be paid by me. I further undertake that I
shall be liable to pay any increase in fees during this/susequent years as approved by Fees
Regulating Authority.
I read, understood, the same totally.

I undertake that, I will pay the fees which ever shall be fixed by Fees Regulating Authority, Govt.
of Maharashtra, Mumbai, within three weeks after declaration of notification and is binding on
me.

ragging.
I have also, in particular, perused clause 53(3) and clause 8(4)(a) of the Regulation and am fully
aware of the penal and administrative action that is liable to be taken against me in case I am
found guilty of or abetting ragging, actively or passively, or being part of a conspiracy to promote
ragging.
I hereby solemnly aver and undertake that
a) I will not indulge in any behavior or act that may be constituted as ragging under clause 4 of the
Regulations.
b) I will not participate in or abet or propagate through any act of commission or omission that may
be constituted as ragging under clause 4 of the Regulations.
I hereby solemnly affirm that, if found guilty of ragging, I am liable for punishment according to
clause 8(4)(a) of the Regulations, without prejudice to any other criminal action that may be taken
against me under any penal law or any law for the time being in force.
I hereby declare that I have not been expelled or debarred from admission in any institution in the
country on account of being found guilty of, abetting or being part of a conspiracy to promote,
ragging; and further affirm that, in case the declaration is found to be untrue, I am aware that my
admission is liable to be cancelled.
