This study examines the relationship between extrinsic motivation factors (compensation, rewards, training and development, working conditions) and employee performance in selected fast food restaurants in Cavite, Philippines. It aims to determine employee perceptions of extrinsic motivators and their levels of work performance, and whether a relationship exists between motivators and performance. Differences in performance between employees of different fast food companies will also be analyzed.

OF SELECTED FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS IN CAVITE
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM The study aims to determine the extrinsic motivation factors and the employee performance towards fast food restaurant in Las Pinas City. The study sought answers to the following questions: 1. What are the extrinsic motivation factors ofemployee towards fast food restaurant in terms of: 1.1 Compensation/Salary 1.2 Rewards 1.3 Training and Development 1.4 Working Condition 2. What are the levels of performance of the employee at work? 3. Is there a significant relationship among the extrinsic motivation factors and the employee performance towards fast food restaurant? 4. Is there a significant difference between performances of the employee when grouped according to their companies? OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY Generally, the study conducts to determine the extrinsic motivation factors and the employee performance towards fast food restaurant in Las Pinas City. Specifically, the objectives of the study are to: 1. To identify the extrinsic motivation factors of employee towards fast food restaurant in Las Pinas City, 2. To determine the levels of performance of the employee at work, 3. To know the significant relationship among the extrinsic motivation factors and the employee performance towards fast food restaurant, and 4.
