The difference between non-linear and linear is that linear has a beginning,
middle and end, a straightforward format, whereas a nonlinear is mixed up and
does not have a clear indication of the story and involves a lot of flash backs/
forwards, which makes the production more interesting and makes the audience
want to listen to it more. I am going to use a linear narrative to involve a

beginning, middle and end, but leave the ending on a cliffhanger. This will make
the audience enjoy it more and engage with the characters for the next episode.
My targeted audience will be for teenagers ages round 17-20, who would of seen
Alice and wonderland as a child, but would enjoy the twist on it too. They would
feel more intrigued with the story line, and enjoy it more than someone who
would not have been around at the time the film came out. Even though it is a
magical production, the younger generation would not be able to listen to this as
it involves issues that are not regulated for their age. My radio drama will be
aired on stations like Kiss, and Radio 1 extra, this is because they are the most
common radio station for my targeted audience, and will mean that they will
tune in and listen.

My characters will be played byAlice- Victoria

The Mad Hatter- Oskar
The Rabbit- Shane
The Queen of Hearts- Amelia

SoundsI would like to use as many special effects I can to make the audience feel as
though they are actually seeing the production. This will involve background
music found from the internet. An example of when I would need to use this
would be as she gets into the rabbits cab, the audience would be able to hear
the door opening and closing. This makes the production look a lot more
professional and realistic. The audience will also feel as though it is more
interesting, and will actually follow through the drama.
In order to do this I would have to ask the companies that owe the special sound
effects if I am able to use their sounds in my production, as I would not want to
be done for copy writing.
Bored of the family mayhem, Alice stumbles onto a night out that she would
have never imagined. Coming into a magical world with magical characters, she
finds herself noticing things out of the ordinary.
Amelia Loader, playing The Queen of Heart. Mean and jealous rotten; she tries to
turn a spell on Alice.
Shane Hampden, playing the Rabbit. A very loyal character, part of the magic
and makes the whole act take place.

Victoria Pethrus playing Alice. Gorgeous and elegant young girl, all she wants is
an adventure.
Oskar Galliven playing the Mad Hatter. Crazy and intelligent he owns the
biggest and best club in London. Being mentally disturbed, it is difficult to
understand his characteristics at first.
I will tackle this subject by remaking Alice in Wonderland in a more grown up and
respectful manner. Making it that the audience have to figure out the story line
rather than me spelling it out.
