to as the VENDOR;
SUSAN LIO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to Frank Lio, and a
resident of 506, Toress Nidea St., Bo. Obrero, Davao City herein referred to as
the VENDEE.

That the VENDOR is the lawful and registered owner of a parcel of land
