Fold hat piece in with RST (right sides together).
Sew along angled edge using a 1/4 seam. Sew
both hat pieces this way.

***Tip: A Walking foot will help feed the

fabric evenly when sewing with knits.

Once angle edges are sewn, place hat

pieces RST and sew around curved
edge from one side to another.

***Tip: Stretch thread will help keep

seams from breaking.

Place cuff pieces RST and sew along

short edges to form one round piece.

****Tip: Using a ball point needle

will prevent skipped stiches.

Turn hat right side out.
Fold cuff along the long side WST
with the raw edges together.

Place the cuff around the hat with

the folded edge on top and the
raw edges meeting with the raw
edge of the hat. Sew the cuff to the
hat using a 1/4 seam.

****Make sure Prints line up

correctly before you sew :) ***
