Assessment conditions

Submission dates Submission of assessment events are flexible to your own personal needs. You should
discuss a timeline with your facilitator in order to determine suitable dates to submit each
assessment event for marking.

Submission instructions Your assessment events must be submitted online via the TAFEnow website.

o Event 1 is an online quiz which is completed on the online learning area.

o Complete Assessment event 2 and save your file with the event name and your
own name for example: Event2_john_smith.

o Upload your assessment event files and any other additional attachments to the
space provided in the TAFEnow online learning platform.

This event requires you to submit answers to an online quiz to demonstrate your understanding of your own role in
workplace innovation and to identify others who can provide positive ideas for innovation.

2. You must complete this quiz online from your assessment page.

3. You have two (2) attempts at completing the quiz.

Assessment event 2 Written task - Scenario
This event requires you to read a Scenario and answer a number of questions about your role in working at Plan2go. You
are asked to demonstrate your understanding of how to implement changes, how to consult with others and how to
present your ideas to the appropriate people.

Note:
1. Open the scenario document and enter your answers in the spaces provided.
2. Upload this document to Event 2 on the online learning platform.
3. You must address the criteria as listed in Table 2.
