1. Summary
Ambassador Commercial Kitchen Equipments is the leading manufacturing
industry in Pakistan. We provide not only the commercial kitchen equipments
but we are also the provider of Imported kitchen related products, their
installation and after sale services.
With the day by day increasing customer demand, we are going to improve our
production facility by using 5S methodology; so that we can reach our
customer demand: in time, with zero defects and improved quality.
In this proposal we have briefly listed all the project plan and information from
start to end e.g. team, budget, time, 5S methodology etc.

3. Needs/Problems
Although Ambassador is a Pakistan's leading commercial kitchen equipments
manufacturing firm but today, it is increasingly recognized that 5S
management techniques enhance productivity and competitiveness. In order to
become a World Class Gemba, an organization has to go through a continuous
and systematic process which can only be achieved by lean manufacturing and
its first step or base is 5S methodology.
According to Japanese author and consultant, Hiroyuki Hirano, unless you first
apply the 5S
method you cannot achieve sustainable operational improvement.
