This guide is intended to assist ETS and nonETS users in maintaining and updating their individual
collaborate.ets.org account profiles. Instructions include: how to properly complete your profile, how to change
or reset your password, and what to do if your account becomes locked. It is important to become familiar with
this guide as ETS Security policy requires passwords be changed every 90 days. You will receive notification by
email 15 days and 3 days prior to a passwords expiration. For additional assistance concerning issues not
covered in this guide, contact your ETS SharePoint Site Facilitator.

I. Create/Edit Your Profile (First time use)

Important: You must select a new password and create your profile. Security
questions in your profile will allow you to change your password when you forget
your password, lock your account or in the event your password is about to
expire. Security questions must be activated for MyPassword to work.

If you get locked out and you do not know your security questions, please contact
your Site Facilitator to unlock your account.

When your account is created, you will receive two emails:

1. An automated email from SP_mail@ets.org informing you of your participation in an external

SharePoint site and the name of the site.
